Cost of Transport

The cost of your transport will depend on the length of time your booking takes and how far you travel. Please telephone the office for a quote. Our current charges are set at:

£20.00 per half day hire

£37.00 per full day hire

48p per mile

(charged from our Wellesbourne Base)

Paying for Transport

The B&4th drivers cannot take payment for vehicle hire during bookings. All bookings will be invoiced for at the end of the month in which the occurred. All invoices must be paid within 21 days of reciept of the invoice. Failure to do this will result in us being unable to take future bookings from you or your organisation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please telephone the office giving as much notice as possible so the vehicle and driver can be made available to others. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in the hiring organisation being charged the estimated cost of the trip planned.
